With great difficulty, and with a badly broken arm, frozen shoulder and Shingles on my Cranial Nerve: in 2015/16 I turned my hand to ornithology. My mum would bring me out bird food to lure my subjects close enough to photograph and I would have to guess my lens distance and shoot in Automatic settings. One handed I did actually manage a few nice shots and it was a great distraction to the 18 months of quiet, illness and waiting. (Boredom).
